Crimson Tiger prides itself on customer services. We believe that our customer are most important (sorry suppliers, we love you but not as much as our customers). We will do our best to resolve any issues. We are also happy to hear from you if we have put a smile on your face as well.
Crimson Tiger complies with the appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions Act.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
As a thank you, if you spend over £60 on products, we will pay for delivery.
All orders under £60 we charge a flat rate of £3.50 per order, irrespective of how many items you buy. A few items due to their size and nature will cost more to send but this is highlighted in the item description.
If you require next day delivery we can arrange this for a cost, please call or email for a quote.
We aim to despatch your goods within one working day. Any delivery time scales quote at the time of ordering are in working days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date to check that this is acceptable.
With our Made to Order range, we aim to despatch within 3-5 days. It is your responsibility to check that you have ordered the correct names, initials and spellings.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. They are correct at the time they were entered onto the system. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without notice to you.
Crimson Tiger shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods or any part of for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
It is very important that you make sure the address you give us to deliver your items to is accurate, we accept no responsibility if the address is incorrect. We accept no responsibility if you fail to collect the products from the delivery address specified and if goods are returned to us uncollected and you wish for them to be redelivered further delivery charges will be charged to you.
Life is expensive enough without incurring unnecessary charges so please forgive us if we find the need to reuse bubble wrap and other such packaging that has been used by our suppliers, this is so that we can keep all charges to you, our customer as low as possible.
Ordering from Abroad
If you are ordering goods from our Site for delivery outside of the UK please be aware that they may be subject to import duties and or taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. These costs and charges are your responsibility, we have no controls over these charges and cannot predict them. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing any order with us
We will do everything we can to make sure the goods you receive are in perfect condition but sometimes mishaps happen. If the items are defective, damaged, not as specified on your order confirmation please contact us via email email@example.com . If you find the goods are not to your liking please contact us on the above email address to discuss this or telephone us on 0760668985. You must contact us within 28 days of receiving the goods, day one being the day after you receive the items. We will require your name, address, contact email or telephone number, order number, item number that is being returned and we will arrange how to return the item and issue you a unique return code and for the items to be returned in their original packaging. Returns must be sent registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost, we accept no liability for items not received.

We love to hear what you think of our service be it in the form or a review or a private email. If you submit a review you grant us the nonexclusive royalty free fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display the content in any media. We will never display your full name, address or email and will only use your initials against the published review.
MADE IN UK
When it is said that an item has been made in the UK this does not refer to where the parts to make the product came from. Parts to make up the Made in the UK item may have been sourced from outside of the United Kingdom. The actual item was made, put together, or decorated within the United Kingdom.
The important but slightly boring bits
By using the Site you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, if you do not agree to these terms and condition then please do not use our website. We may update the terms and conditions and any aspect of our service from time to time and will notify such changes by uploading them on to our Site. You should periodically check the Site for any such changes.

Access to the Site and Services is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Site or Services provided at any time without notice without any liability for any reason they may be unavailable. At our sole discretion we can refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time and will not be liable to you or a third party in doing so.
Computer Misuse Act 1990
You must not introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must note attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server which our Site is stored or any server, computer, or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial or service attack or a distributed denial or service attack.
By preaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the above Act. Any such breach will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded or reassigned.
All promotional codes will have a time period limit and or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will become invalid once these limits have been reached. Specific terms and conditions for individual codes will be explained on the communication sent out with the code itself. You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.
It is unlikely that a price shown on the checkout page is incorrect but if we discover this is the case before accepting your order we are not required to sell the good to you at the price shown. We will always try and ensure that the prices of the goods shown on our Site are accurate but occasionally genuine errors can occur. We will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If you cancel and have paid for the goods then you will receive a full refund.
These codes can only be used with Crimson Tiger Trading Ltd and no other company or supplier.
If a promotional code was used to purchase a returned item be it damaged or no longer wanted the refund will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will only receive what was actual paid for the item.
When you registered with us, the information that you give us, your name, address, email address, telephone numbers etc will be kept by us. This information will not be sold on and is only used for by us and any of our contractors so that we can offer the best customer service we can. We will only share your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. If you registered with us and have created a password it is your responsibility to keep that password safe and not to pass it on to anyone else.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are used widely to make websites work, work more efficiently, provide information to the owners of the Site. Without these cookies, services that you have asked for like shopping baskets, your name cannot be provided. Cookies cannot read or interfere with other information saved on your hard drive. GDPR – Your information and data
What do we do with your information? If you subscribe to our emails to hear about our sales, offers, products and news, we store this information using an email provider, called Mailchimp. We will never, ever sell your name and email address to anyone. Our ethos is to treat you how we want to be treated.
If you have ordered from us, then we obviously have your name, address, email address and possibly your telephone number. We use your name and address to post your order to you. We use your email address to keep you updated on your order and if there is a problem with your order or a check of details we email and if we receive no response, we will use your telephone number. If you have chosen not to receive email updates regarding offers and new products then we do nothing more with your email address. We store this information on our server and also on QuickBooks. Again, we will not sell this information to anyone. We do not have access to and therefore do not store your credit nor debit card details, this is done by third parties, either Stripe or PayPal.
We do use Google Analytics. The information that we look at is how many people have visited our website, where they accessed us from (via a google search, via social media etc), what pages people have looked at and how long for. We do not know, nor wish to know, who you specifically are when you are looking at the website, so for example we can see that someone is looking at the present time and what pages they are looking at but we have no idea who they are! We also have cookies on our website which is why it can keep items in your basket while you look at other pages.
At any time, you can ask us to provide you with the exact information we hold on you and we will do so and as the new regulations allow, we will delete this information at your request.
